Cada d\u00eda es un experimento.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/phys-edu.net\/wp\/?p=1827\">Volver a la p\u00e1gina especial<\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>En una habitaci\u00f3n tranquila y vac\u00eda, una botella de pl\u00e1stico que est\u00e1 sobre la mesa de repente hace un fuerte <b>\u00ab\u00a1PUM!\u00bb<\/b> y se aplasta\u2026\u2026 \u00bfAlguna vez has presenciado una escena as\u00ed, como si un gigante invisible hubiera agarrado la botella y la hubiera estrujado con todas sus fuerzas?<\/p>\n<p>A primera vista podr\u00eda parecer un fen\u00f3meno sobrenatural, pero en realidad, \u00a1es una demostraci\u00f3n espectacular de la <b>\u00abfuerza del aire\u00bb<\/b> que nos rodea constantemente! En esta ocasi\u00f3n vamos a realizar un experimento muy sencillo, utilizando objetos que podemos encontrar en casa, para experimentar en primera persona el enorme poder de esa fuerza invisible: la <b>\u00abpresi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica\u00bb<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00bfQui\u00e9n la ha aplastado?\u00bb El curioso experimento de la botella que se hunde<\/h3>\n<p>Para este experimento necesitaremos cosas que pr\u00e1cticamente podemos encontrar en cualquier casa.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u3010Materiales\u3011<\/b> \u30fbUna botella de pl\u00e1stico (se recomienda una de entre 500 ml y 1 L) \u30fbAgua caliente (debe estar muy caliente, reci\u00e9n hervida)<\/p>\n<p><b>\u3010Procedimiento\u3011<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Primero, prepara una botella de pl\u00e1stico vac\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vierte una peque\u00f1a cantidad de agua muy caliente, reci\u00e9n hervida, en la botella. (<b>Con suficiente agua para cubrir el fondo de la botella ser\u00e1 suficiente. Ten mucho cuidado para evitar quemaduras y aseg\u00farate de que este paso lo realice un adulto.<\/b>)<\/p>\n<p>3. Cierra la botella con el tap\u00f3n y ag\u00edtala suavemente. Despu\u00e9s, abre inmediatamente el tap\u00f3n y tira el agua.<\/p>\n<p>4. Justo despu\u00e9s de vaciar el agua, <b>cierra r\u00e1pidamente el tap\u00f3n con fuerza<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>5. Coloca la botella sobre la mesa y observa durante un rato qu\u00e9 sucede.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Es realmente sorprendente! Despu\u00e9s de un rato, podr\u00e1s ver c\u00f3mo la botella se hunde hacia dentro mientras hace <b>\u00ab\u00a1PUM! \u00a1PUM!\u00bb<\/b>. Parece que alguien invisible la estuviera estrujando con las manos. \u00a1Seguro que los ni\u00f1os abrir\u00e1n los ojos como platos al verlo!<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a1Se desvela el misterio cient\u00edfico! El culpable era la \u00abpresi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>El responsable de este curioso fen\u00f3meno es, sin duda, la <b>\u00abpresi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica\u00bb<\/b>. Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 est\u00e1 ocurriendo exactamente? Vamos a explicarlo en tres sencillos pasos.<\/p>\n<p><b>1. El agua caliente expulsa el aire del interior de la botella<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cuando introducimos agua caliente, el aire que hay dentro de la botella se calienta, se expande y sale al exterior. Adem\u00e1s, una parte del agua se convierte en <b>vapor de agua<\/b>, de modo que el interior de la botella queda lleno de vapor.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Al cerrar la botella, la presi\u00f3n en su interior disminuye<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Una vez cerramos el tap\u00f3n, el vapor de agua del interior comienza a enfriarse y vuelve a convertirse en agua l\u00edquida. Cuando un gas pasa a estado l\u00edquido, su volumen disminuye dr\u00e1sticamente (\u00a1aproximadamente hasta 1\/1700 de su volumen!). Como consecuencia, la presi\u00f3n del aire dentro de la botella cae r\u00e1pidamente. A este fen\u00f3meno lo llamamos <b>\u00abcambio de estado\u00bb<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. La botella no puede resistir la fuerza exterior y se aplasta<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A nuestro alrededor act\u00faa constantemente una enorme fuerza causada por el peso del aire: la <b>\u00abpresi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica\u00bb<\/b>. La presi\u00f3n exterior sigue siendo elevada, mientras que la presi\u00f3n del interior de la botella ha disminuido. Por eso, la botella ya no puede soportar la fuerza que ejerce el aire desde el exterior y termina siendo aplastada.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a1Impresionante! Y verlos echando agua con todas sus fuerzas para enfriarlo r\u00e1pidamente y reducir la presi\u00f3n es, en s\u00ed mismo, un magn\u00edfico ejemplo de <b>\u00abciencia en acci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Este fen\u00f3meno funciona justo de forma <b>\u00abopuesta\u00bb<\/b> a lo que ocurre con una bolsa de aperitivos que se hincha cuando la llevamos a una monta\u00f1a.
