Valon dispersion ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4minen<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">T\u00e4m\u00e4n kauniin sateenkaaren synty voidaan selitt\u00e4\u00e4 tieteellisell\u00e4 ilmi\u00f6ll\u00e4 nimelt\u00e4 \u201dvalon dispersio\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Auringonvalo ja valkoinen valo koostuvat itse asiassa monien eriv\u00e4risten valojen \u2013 kuten punaisen, oranssin, keltaisen, vihre\u00e4n, sinisen, indigon ja violetin \u2013 sekoituksesta. Kun n\u00e4m\u00e4 eri aallonpituuksien valot kulkevat vesipisaraan, t\u00e4ss\u00e4 kokeessa PET-pullossa olevaan veteen, niiden etenemisnopeudet vedess\u00e4 ovat hieman erilaisia. Siksi my\u00f6s niiden taittuminen eli <b>taitekulma<\/b> poikkeaa hieman toisistaan.<\/p>\n<p>Kuten yll\u00e4 olevasta kuvasta n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Punainen valo<\/b> taipuu vedess\u00e4 muita v\u00e4rej\u00e4 <b>v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n (sen taitekerroin on pienempi)<\/b>. Se jatkaa siksi suhteellisen suoraviivaisesti ja n\u00e4kyy sateenkaaren ulkoreunalla.<\/li>\n<li>Sen sijaan <b>violetti valo<\/b> taipuu vedess\u00e4 <b>enemm\u00e4n (sen taitekerroin on suurempi)<\/b>, joten se taittuu voimakkaammin ja n\u00e4kyy sateenkaaren sis\u00e4reunalla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e4in valo taittuu ja heijastuu vesipisaroissa hieman eri kulmissa v\u00e4rist\u00e4 riippuen. Valkoinen valo hajoaa eri v\u00e4reiksi, ja lopulta silm\u00e4mme n\u00e4kev\u00e4t n\u00e4m\u00e4 v\u00e4rit kauniina seitsem\u00e4nv\u00e4risen\u00e4 sateenkaarena.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4 koe on niin yksinkertainen, ett\u00e4 siit\u00e4 voivat nauttia jopa alakouluik\u00e4iset lapset.
