Se tarkoittaa, ett\u00e4 p\u00e4iv\u00e4ntasaajalla nopeus on noin <b>1700 km\/h<\/b>. Nopeus kuitenkin pienenee leveysasteiden mukana, joten Japanissa (Tokion seudulla, noin 35\u00b0 pohjoista leveytt\u00e4) nopeus on noin <b>1350\u20131400 km\/h<\/b>.
