Cada d\u00eda es un experimento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfAlguna vez has pensado: \u00abSolo voy a estar 30 minutos en el ba\u00f1o\u00bb, y cuando te das cuenta ya ha pasado una hora y media? La diferencia entre el tiempo que sentimos y el que realmente transcurre puede ser sorprendentemente grande.<\/p>\n<p>Con las vacaciones de verano cada vez m\u00e1s cerca, ver la ilusi\u00f3n en la cara de mis alumnos me hace recordar mis propios veranos cuando era estudiante. Pero tambi\u00e9n es cierto que durante las vacaciones largas es f\u00e1cil perder el ritmo diario. Como quer\u00eda que aprovecharan al m\u00e1ximo ese tiempo tan valioso, este a\u00f1o decid\u00ed incorporar una actividad un poco diferente en clase.<\/p>\n<p>La idea surgi\u00f3 a partir de un art\u00edculo escrito por un profesor veterano. En \u00e9l se presentaba un m\u00e9todo para organizar el d\u00eda utilizando un diagrama circular llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/lifehacking.jp\/2025\/04\/24hour-dial\/\">&#8220;Reloj de 24 horas&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta consiste en completar primero las horas que no pueden cambiarse \u2014como dormir o el tiempo de desplazamiento al colegio o al trabajo\u2014 y despu\u00e9s distribuir visualmente el resto del tiempo disponible. Incluso plantea simular qu\u00e9 ocurre cuando el horario se retrasa. Al leerlo pens\u00e9: &#8220;\u00a1Esto ser\u00eda perfecto para que mis alumnos planificaran sus vacaciones de verano!&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Visualizar el tiempo con el &#8220;Reloj de 24 horas&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>As\u00ed que repart\u00ed el &#8220;Reloj de 24 horas&#8221; entre los alumnos y les ped\u00ed que dise\u00f1aran c\u00f3mo ser\u00eda su d\u00eda ideal durante las vacaciones. Les indiqu\u00e9 que siguieran este orden:<\/p>\n<p>\u30fbPrimero, completar las actividades que no pueden modificarse, como dormir, las comidas o los entrenamientos del club.<\/p>\n<p>\u30fbDespu\u00e9s, reservar tiempo para aquello que tampoco deber\u00eda sacrificarse, como hacer los deberes o pasar tiempo con la familia.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que m\u00e1s sorprendi\u00f3 a muchos fue descubrir la existencia del &#8220;tiempo escondido&#8221;, ese que normalmente pasa desapercibido.<\/p>\n<p>En el art\u00edculo se mencionaba un ejemplo muy com\u00fan: pensar que uno solo estar\u00e1 media hora en el ba\u00f1o, entrar con el m\u00f3vil y salir una hora y media despu\u00e9s. Al parecer, esto no solo les ocurre a los adultos, sino tambi\u00e9n a los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>Treinta minutos diarios jugando una partida m\u00e1s, una hora revisando las redes sociales&#8230; Al escribir todo eso en el diagrama, esos peque\u00f1os momentos dejan de ser invisibles.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 aparece ese &#8220;tiempo escondido&#8221;?<\/h3>\n<p>Curiosamente, esta diferencia entre el tiempo que sentimos y el tiempo real ha sido estudiada durante a\u00f1os por la psicolog\u00eda y la neurociencia.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando nos concentramos en actividades que ofrecen est\u00edmulos constantes, como el m\u00f3vil o los videojuegos, el cerebro sigue liberando dopamina y se vuelve menos consciente del paso del tiempo. Es el t\u00edpico estado en el que uno est\u00e1 tan absorto que pierde completamente la noci\u00f3n de las horas.<\/p>\n<p>A esto se suma una conocida idea del economista Parkinson: <b>&#8220;El trabajo se expande hasta ocupar todo el tiempo disponible para realizarlo&#8221; (Ley de Parkinson).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Con los deberes sucede exactamente igual. Si creemos que todav\u00eda queda mucho tiempo antes de la fecha l\u00edmite, solemos dedicarles m\u00e1s tiempo del realmente necesario.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, representar un d\u00eda completo en un gr\u00e1fico circular mediante el &#8220;Reloj de 24 horas&#8221; puede convertirse en un excelente entrenamiento para observar objetivamente c\u00f3mo utilizamos nuestro tiempo y vencer esos h\u00e1bitos del cerebro.<\/p>\n<p>Yo tambi\u00e9n hice mi propio horario y descubr\u00ed que entre el trabajo y las tareas dom\u00e9sticas todav\u00eda pod\u00eda encontrar momentos para ayudar m\u00e1s en casa. Este es el plan de un d\u00eda de mis vacaciones de verano. Los profesores no tenemos vacaciones completas, pero al menos estos d\u00edas son un poco menos intensos que durante el curso, as\u00ed que se agradece.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-49928 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/phys-edu.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/8145f85a8063db0fb0cc6378b46b25c4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"433\" height=\"353\" srcset=\"https:\/\/phys-edu.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/8145f85a8063db0fb0cc6378b46b25c4.jpg 1398w, https:\/\/phys-edu.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/8145f85a8063db0fb0cc6378b46b25c4-300x245.jpg 300w, https:\/\/phys-edu.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/8145f85a8063db0fb0cc6378b46b25c4-1024x835.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/phys-edu.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/8145f85a8063db0fb0cc6378b46b25c4-768x626.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 433px) 100vw, 433px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Lo que descubrieron los alumnos<\/h3>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de realizar esta actividad, muchos compartieron reflexiones muy interesantes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abMe di cuenta de que tengo mucho menos tiempo libre del que imaginaba.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo pensaba que pasara tantas horas mirando el m\u00f3vil&#8230;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSi organizo mejor mi tiempo, creo que podr\u00e9 hacer muchas m\u00e1s cosas que me gustan.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Incluso hubo quien coment\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSeguro que no siempre podr\u00e9 cumplir el plan al pie de la letra, pero aun as\u00ed vale la pena intentarlo.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Fue estupendo ver ese cambio de actitud, dejando atr\u00e1s el &#8220;es imposible&#8221; para pensar &#8220;\u00bfy si pruebo de esta manera?&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Siento que esta actividad no solo les ayud\u00f3 a preparar sus vacaciones, sino que tambi\u00e9n fue un primer paso para desarrollar una mayor conciencia sobre c\u00f3mo utilizan su tiempo y fortalecer su capacidad de organizarse.<\/p>\n<p>Ya tengo ganas de que, al terminar las vacaciones, podamos revisar cu\u00e1nto lograron cumplir de sus planes y qu\u00e9 nuevas cosas descubrieron sobre s\u00ed mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Si lo pensamos bien, la idea de representar un d\u00eda mediante un c\u00edrculo tiene una historia muy antigua. Los antiguos babilonios dividieron la esfera celeste en 360 grados, una idea que acabar\u00eda dando forma tanto a la medici\u00f3n de los \u00e1ngulos como a la organizaci\u00f3n del tiempo y que m\u00e1s tarde se reflejar\u00eda en los relojes de sol.<\/p>\n<p>Convertir el movimiento del Sol en un diagrama circular para hacerlo visible es una ingeniosa idea que la humanidad lleva utilizando miles de a\u00f1os.
