Halusin auttaa oppilaita k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n arvokkaan lomansa mahdollisimman hyvin, joten kokeilin t\u00e4n\u00e4 vuonna tunnilla hieman erilaista teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Ajatus sai alkunsa kokeneemman kollegani blogikirjoituksesta. Siin\u00e4 esiteltiin <a href=\"https:\/\/lifehacking.jp\/2025\/04\/24hour-dial\/\">&#8220;24 tunnin kellotaulu&#8221; \u2013 py\u00f6re\u00e4 kaavio, jonka avulla voi suunnitella koko p\u00e4iv\u00e4ns\u00e4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ideana on merkit\u00e4 ensin ajat, joita ei voi siirt\u00e4\u00e4, kuten nukkuminen, koulumatkat tai muut pakolliset menot. Sen j\u00e4lkeen j\u00e4ljelle j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4 aika voidaan jakaa haluamallaan tavalla. Puoli tuntia p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4ist\u00e4 pelaamista, tunti sosiaalisen median selaamista&#8230; Kun n\u00e4m\u00e4kin kirjattiin kellotauluun, ne muuttuivat n\u00e4kyviksi.<\/p>\n<h3>Miksi aikaa katoaa huomaamatta?<\/h3>\n<p>Ajan v\u00e4\u00e4ristynyt kokemus on itse asiassa tunnettu tutkimusaihe psykologiassa ja aivotutkimuksessa.<\/p>\n<p>Kun ihminen uppoutuu toimintaan, joka tarjoaa jatkuvasti uusia \u00e4rsykkeit\u00e4 \u2013 kuten \u00e4lypuhelin tai videopelit \u2013 aivoissa vapautuu dopamiinia. Samalla aivojen kyky seurata ajan kulumista heikkenee.
