En este caso, estaba adherido al tronco de un \u00e1rbol.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Seguro que alguna vez, al ver uno en un parque o en el jard\u00edn, no has podido evitar tocarlo con el dedo para que se hiciera una bolita. Pero \u00bfsab\u00edas que este peque\u00f1o animal es mucho m\u00e1s sorprendente de lo que parece? En realidad es un <b>crust\u00e1ceo<\/b>, es decir, un pariente cercano de los camarones y los cangrejos. Es uno de los pocos crust\u00e1ceos que lograron adaptarse a la vida terrestre tras evolucionar desde el mar.<\/p>\n<p>Respira gracias a unos \u00f3rganos similares a branquias, llamados pseudotr\u00e1queas, situados en la parte inferior del cuerpo. Sin embargo, hay otra caracter\u00edstica a\u00fan m\u00e1s curiosa: <b>muda el exoesqueleto en dos etapas<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Primero se desprende de la mitad trasera del cuerpo y, unos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, de la mitad delantera. Si tienes suerte, quiz\u00e1 encuentres uno que est\u00e9 justo en mitad del proceso, con un lado del cuerpo de un color diferente al otro.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfGira a la derecha? Entonces la pr\u00f3xima vez ir\u00e1 a la izquierda: la respuesta de alternancia<\/h3>\n<p>Si observas un bicho bola recorriendo un peque\u00f1o laberinto, notar\u00e1s algo curioso. Cuando llega a una bifurcaci\u00f3n en forma de T, si primero gira a la derecha, la siguiente vez tender\u00e1 a girar a la izquierda; despu\u00e9s volver\u00e1 a la derecha, y as\u00ed sucesivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Este comportamiento se conoce como <b>respuesta de alternancia<\/b>. Se cree que es una estrategia de supervivencia desarrollada durante la evoluci\u00f3n, ya que evita seguir siempre el mismo patr\u00f3n de movimiento, lo que dificultar\u00eda que un depredador pudiera anticipar su recorrido.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque parezca un comportamiento muy simple, detr\u00e1s hay una raz\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica muy interesante. \u00bfY qu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si intent\u00e1ramos reproducir este comportamiento mediante programaci\u00f3n?
