Cada d\u00eda es un nuevo experimento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>El d\u00eda en que un aula se convirti\u00f3 en un planetario: un universo creado con cart\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>\u00bfTe imaginas apagar las luces del aula y que, de repente, un cielo repleto de estrellas aparezca sobre tu cabeza? Parece un sue\u00f1o, pero con unas cuantas cajas de cart\u00f3n y algo de ingenio, es completamente posible. Cuando lleg\u00f3 el momento de decidir el siguiente proyecto, los propios estudiantes dijeron casi al un\u00edsono: &#8220;\u00a1Queremos hacer un planetario!&#8221;. En ese instante record\u00e9 que las estrellas nunca dejan de fascinar a las personas, sin importar la \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<h3>Todo comenz\u00f3 observando un planetario de verdad<\/h3>\n<p>Nuestro primer paso fue visitar un planetario en el distrito de Shibuya para estudiar c\u00f3mo se proyectaban las estrellas y qu\u00e9 ambiente se creaba dentro de la sala. Despu\u00e9s, los estudiantes investigaron c\u00f3mo podr\u00edan construir uno por su cuenta y encontraron una aut\u00e9ntica sorpresa: en la p\u00e1gina oficial de JAXA hab\u00eda un proyecto para fabricar un domo de planetario utilizando cart\u00f3n. <b>Resulta incre\u00edble que una organizaci\u00f3n dedicada a la exploraci\u00f3n espacial comparta incluso los planos de un domo hecho a mano.<\/b> Ese detalle demuestra lo abierta y generosa que puede ser la ciencia. Con calculadora en mano, ajustaron la escala del dise\u00f1o y encargaron por Internet cart\u00f3n con la cara interior de color blanco. Este detalle ten\u00eda un motivo muy importante: conseguir que las estrellas proyectadas se vieran mucho m\u00e1s brillantes. La superficie blanca refleja mejor la luz, haciendo que incluso en una sala oscura las estrellas aparezcan con gran nitidez. Un simple material elegido con cuidado tambi\u00e9n es una lecci\u00f3n sobre las propiedades de la luz.<\/p>\n<p>El cart\u00f3n cost\u00f3 alrededor de 15.000 yenes, pero pedirlo ya cortado a las medidas adecuadas hizo que el montaje fuera mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Los estudiantes se encargaron de todo: dise\u00f1o, compra de materiales y ensamblaje. Yo apenas intervine para dar algunos consejos. Es un mecanismo muy sencillo: la luz atraviesa peque\u00f1os orificios para reproducir las estrellas. Sin embargo, el tiempo hasta el festival escolar era muy limitado, as\u00ed que finalmente optamos por utilizar el planetario dom\u00e9stico HOMESTAR.<\/p>\n<p>Con solo pulsar un bot\u00f3n, todo el aula se llenaba de un espectacular cielo estrellado. Los propios estudiantes prepararon el guion y, utilizando un puntero l\u00e1ser, iban se\u00f1alando las figuras de las constelaciones mientras las explicaban. La idea naci\u00f3 de una t\u00e9cnica que aprend\u00ed durante una excursi\u00f3n de observaci\u00f3n del cielo en Okinawa. Exactamente igual que se se\u00f1alan las estrellas en un cielo real, tambi\u00e9n pod\u00eda hacerse dentro del aula. <b>Aunque el domo fuera de cart\u00f3n, la emoci\u00f3n de contemplar el firmamento era pr\u00e1cticamente la misma que bajo un cielo nocturno aut\u00e9ntico.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>[https:\/\/youtu.be\/kAZk51poRoE](https:\/\/youtu.be\/kAZk51poRoE)<\/p>\n<h3>Una exposici\u00f3n que mereci\u00f3 la pena y que puede reutilizarse cada a\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>La exposici\u00f3n fue un \u00e9xito entre padres y alumnos de primaria que visitaron la escuela. Muchos comentaban con sorpresa: &#8220;\u00a1No imaginaba que pudiera verse un cielo as\u00ed dentro de un aula!&#8221;. Otra gran ventaja es que, una vez construido, el domo puede utilizarse durante muchos a\u00f1os. Si se aprende a montarlo y guardarlo correctamente, reutilizarlo resulta muy sencillo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, preparamos otra actividad participativa: un concurso titulado &#8220;\u00bfQu\u00e9 planeta flotar\u00eda en el agua?&#8221;. Los visitantes pod\u00edan comprobarlo colocando modelos de planetas sobre agua. Como J\u00fapiter y Saturno est\u00e1n formados principalmente por gases, su densidad media es inferior a la del agua, por lo que, en teor\u00eda, podr\u00edan flotar.
