En realidad, hasta en la hoja m\u00e1s com\u00fan que crece bajo nuestros pies se esconden innumerables &#8220;boquitas&#8221; invisibles a simple vista.<\/p>\n<h3>Un vistazo al microscopio: El aliento de la vida<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">La observaci\u00f3n por microscopio es, sin duda, uno de los momentos estelares de las clases de ciencias donde los alumnos m\u00e1s se emocionan. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, quiero compartirles una sesi\u00f3n para observar los estomas de la Tradescantia (conocida como &#8220;amor de hombre&#8221;) utilizando el clip para fotograf\u00eda con smartphone Tomeco, de la marca Narika.<\/span> \u00a1Lo mejor es que apenas requiere preparaci\u00f3n especial ni pasos complicados! Con un m\u00f3vil, el clip y un poco de ingenio, lograremos una clase fascinante donde cada c\u00e9lula se ve con total nitidez. Preparaci\u00f3n de las hojas de Tradescantia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preparamos suficientes hojas para cada grupo. Estas hojas tienen la ventaja de ser carnosas y f\u00e1ciles de manipular. Simplemente las cort\u00e9 por la mitad con tijeras y luego divid\u00ed cada parte en cuatro para repartirlas entre los alumnos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Instalaci\u00f3n del clip Tomeco<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Colocamos el Tomeco sobre la c\u00e1mara del smartphone. Al ser gruesa, basta con usar las tijeras para tenerla lista. Empecemos mirando el haz (la cara superior). Ajustamos el aumento del microscopio, colocamos el m\u00f3vil con el Tomeco y \u00a1listo! El enfoque se logra al instante y la observaci\u00f3n fluye sin problemas.<\/p>\n<h3>Pasos para la observaci\u00f3n y claves del \u00e9xito<\/h3>\n<h3>1. Ajustamos el microscopio a 400x (ocular 10x por objetivo 40x). Se puede apreciar perfectamente c\u00f3mo el contorno de cada c\u00e9lula encaja como si fueran piezas de un rompecabezas.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Adem\u00e1s, al usar el clip Tomeco, los alumnos pueden capturar sus propios hallazgos y compartirlos con sus compa\u00f1eros.
