Porque cada d\u00eda es un experimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Si nos ponemos a investigar a fondo la estructura de una fresa, descubrimos que tiene un pariente con un parecido muy curioso. Se trata de la fruta estrella del invierno: la manzana. Seguramente estar\u00e1s pensando: Pero si no se parecen en nada, ni en sabor ni en aspecto. Sin embargo, desde el punto de vista de la bot\u00e1nica, ambas comparten un plano de dise\u00f1o asombrosamente similar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfFresas y manzanas? El secreto est\u00e1 en que comemos parte de la flor<br \/>\nLo creas o no, esa parte crujiente y dulce de la manzana que tanto nos gusta es, al igual que en la fresa, el recept\u00e1culo floral. El nombre de falso suena un poco triste, \u00bfverdad? Pero en realidad es una estrategia de supervivencia brillante: la planta hace que el recept\u00e1culo sea delicioso para que los animales se lo coman y as\u00ed ayuden a dispersar las semillas por todas partes.<\/p>\n<p>Una prueba hist\u00f3rica despu\u00e9s de comer<br \/>\nSi observas una manzana con calma, har\u00e1s otro descubrimiento. \u00bfAlguna vez te has fijado en esa zona rugosa y un poco extra\u00f1a que hay en la base, justo al lado opuesto del tallo?
