Cada d\u00eda es un nuevo experimento.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSab\u00edas que en una sola gota de agua se esconde un universo invisible que parece una aut\u00e9ntica jungla?<\/p>\n<p>Con la llegada de la primavera, la vida comienza a brotar en el biotopo de la escuela. En esta \u00e9poca, las zonas acu\u00e1ticas se llenan de una gran variedad de microorganismos, lo que representa una oportunidad de oro para mostrar a los alumnos lo fascinante que es la naturaleza. Hoy les traigo una clase de observaci\u00f3n de microorganismos: una aventura en el mundo microsc\u00f3pico que cualquiera puede realizar f\u00e1cilmente utilizando agua de un biotopo.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n de la clase: \u00a1Equipo de exploraci\u00f3n microsc\u00f3pica, listo!<\/h3>\n<p>El secreto del \u00e9xito en la observaci\u00f3n comienza con la elecci\u00f3n de las herramientas adecuadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u30fbHerramientas de recolecci\u00f3n: botellas de pl\u00e1stico o vasos de precipitados, pipetas, goteros, portaobjetos con excavaci\u00f3n, cubreobjetos, pa\u00f1uelos de papel o algod\u00f3n para absorber el exceso de agua.<br \/>\n\u30fbMicroscopio: un microscopio \u00f3ptico (lo ideal es entre 40x y 400x aumentos).<br \/>\n\u30fbMaterial de apoyo: diagramas de pulgas de agua o diatomeas, y gu\u00edas de identificaci\u00f3n para descubrir sus nombres.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo recolectar microorganismos: \u00a1Apunta a sus escondites!<\/h3>\n<p>Primero, recolectamos agua del biotopo de la escuela, del estanque del patio o incluso de un charco cercano. El truco aqu\u00ed es no traer solo agua limpia, sino un combo de agua con plantas acu\u00e1ticas, algo de lodo y turbidez.<\/p>\n<p>El entorno de plantas acu\u00e1ticas como la Elodea es el escondite perfecto para estos peque\u00f1os seres. All\u00ed es m\u00e1s probable encontrar pulgas de agua (Daphnia) y diatomeas, aumentando mucho la densidad de seres vivos. Si observas con atenci\u00f3n el recipiente, a veces podr\u00e1s ver a simple vista unas sombras que saltan. Con el gotero, intenta atrapar a una pulga de agua en movimiento con precisi\u00f3n. Coloca una gota en el centro del portaobjetos y pon el cubreobjetos con cuidado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el secreto! Si hay demasiada agua, la pulga de agua nadar\u00e1 por todas partes y desaparecer\u00e1 de tu vista.
