Cada d\u00eda es un experimento.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfAlguna vez has sentido que una sart\u00e9n de hierro se calienta en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, mientras que el agua de la olla tarda una eternidad en hervir? En realidad, esto tiene que ver con la personalidad de cada sustancia al calentarse. Hoy les traigo un reporte de un experimento para aprender sobre el calor espec\u00edfico, un tema cl\u00e1sico de secundaria, pero abordado de una manera incre\u00edblemente eficiente y segura.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfUna olla de guisos en el laboratorio? Un m\u00e9todo de calentamiento revolucionario<\/h3>\n<p>Realizamos un experimento sobre el calor espec\u00edfico seg\u00fan el tipo de metal. La din\u00e1mica consiste en calentar tres tipos de metales de 100g a 100 grados cent\u00edgrados, introducirlos en una cantidad fija de agua y calcular el calor espec\u00edfico bas\u00e1ndonos en el aumento de la temperatura de esa agua. Primero, calentamos los diversos metales (que llevan una cuerda atada) en una olla el\u00e9ctrica. Permiten mantener el agua a una temperatura constante, reducen el riesgo de quemaduras por vuelcos y sirven para calentar tubos de ensayo o metales con total seguridad. Ver los metales balance\u00e1ndose en el agua caliente es como ver los ingredientes de un rico cocido. Esto permite que los estudiantes se acerquen a recoger su metal cuando est\u00e9n listos, lo que reduce much\u00edsimo la carga de trabajo para el profesor.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a1A medir! La energ\u00eda que pierde el metal caliente es transferida directamente al agua fr\u00eda; es como un relevo de calor. Conocer el calor espec\u00edfico es, en esencia, conocer el car\u00e1cter \u00fanico de cada materia.<\/p>\n<h3>Consejos para profes: C\u00f3mo triunfar con esta clase<\/h3>\n<p>Si eres docente y te animas a probar esto, aqu\u00ed van unos trucos. Primero, empieza la preparaci\u00f3n unos 20 minutos antes. Si llenas la olla con agua ya caliente de un termo o calentador, ahorrar\u00e1s mucho tiempo de espera.<\/p>\n<p>El experimento en s\u00ed toma unos 30 minutos, por lo que cabe perfectamente en una sesi\u00f3n de una hora incluyendo el an\u00e1lisis de datos. Y lo m\u00e1s importante: \u00a1la limpieza! Si lo dejas h\u00famedo, no servir\u00e1 para la pr\u00f3xima clase. Cuidar las herramientas tambi\u00e9n es parte del aprendizaje cient\u00edfico.
