Desde que vi este video por primera vez, la misteriosa y matem\u00e1ticamente <strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">hermosa danza<\/strong> que presenci\u00e9 se qued\u00f3 grabada en mi mente. (De tan bello, hasta so\u00f1\u00e9 con \u00e9l). Este fen\u00f3meno se conoce como &#8216;Pendulum Wave&#8217; (Onda de P\u00e9ndulos).<\/p>\n<h3>El truco est\u00e1 en la &#8220;longitud del hilo&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>A primera vista, podr\u00eda parecer una maquinaria compleja, pero su estructura es extremadamente simple. Solo se ha variado ligeramente la &#8220;longitud del hilo&#8221; del p\u00e9ndulo, de donde cuelga el peso, yendo desde el frente hacia el fondo. En realidad, existe una ley que establece que el tiempo que tarda un p\u00e9ndulo en completar una oscilaci\u00f3n (esto se llama &#8220;periodo&#8221;) no depende del peso, sino de la <strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">longitud de su hilo<\/strong>. Esto se conoce como la &#8220;isocron\u00eda del p\u00e9ndulo&#8221;, una famosa ley descubierta por el mism\u00edsimo Galileo Galilei.<\/p>\n<p>En resumen, esto es lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo en el aparato:<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">P\u00e9ndulo delantero con hilo corto:<\/strong> Oscila de forma agitada y r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">P\u00e9ndulo trasero con hilo largo:<\/strong> Oscila de forma pausada y lenta.<\/p>\n<h3>Una historia que regresa del caos al orden<\/h3>\n<p>Cuando los p\u00e9ndulos se inician al mismo tiempo, como sus velocidades de oscilaci\u00f3n son ligeramente diferentes, aunque al principio est\u00e1n perfectamente alineados, poco a poco se van desincronizando (al caos). Sin embargo, aqu\u00ed es donde entra la magia de las matem\u00e1ticas. El movimiento que parec\u00eda desordenado, de repente comienza a ondular como una serpiente con vida propia, dibuja una doble h\u00e9lice y, al final, llega un momento en que todos vuelven a alinearse &#8220;perfectamente&#8221; en una sola fila. El video no tiene efectos especiales ni sonido, pero te quedas hipnotizado mir\u00e1ndolo, \u00bfverdad?<\/p>\n<h3>La belleza visible de las matem\u00e1ticas<\/h3>\n<p>Esto no es solo un fen\u00f3meno f\u00edsico, se puede decir que es una &#8220;danza de la naturaleza&#8221; creada por los n\u00fameros.
