Las antocianinas act\u00faan como unas &#8220;gafas de sol&#8221; para la planta. La producci\u00f3n de antocianinas se reduce relativamente, o su color queda oculto por el intenso verde de la clorofila. Por eso, el env\u00e9s de las hojas tambi\u00e9n se ve verde.
