El &#8220;tejido vascular&#8221;, clave de su evoluci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Desde primavera hasta principios de verano, los helechos extienden sus nuevos y vigorosos brotes. Da un paseo por los alrededores de tu colegio, por el parque o el bosque, buscando zonas un poco h\u00famedas. La presencia de este tejido en el tallo subterr\u00e1neo y en las hojas es lo que diferencia a los helechos de los musgos. Gracias a \u00e9l, los helechos pudieron crecer mucho m\u00e1s y triunfar en la vida terrestre. De hecho, el patr\u00f3n de ramificaci\u00f3n de este tejido vascular es la prueba irrefutable de que lo que observamos es una hoja.<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f52c; Preparaci\u00f3n y pasos para observar las esporas<\/h3>\n<p>Vamos a mirar bajo el microscopio las esporas, esas part\u00edculas que utilizan los helechos para reproducirse. Las esporas se encuentran api\u00f1adas dentro de unas peque\u00f1as estructuras granulosas en el env\u00e9s de la hoja, llamadas esporangios.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" esporas<\/p>\n<p>Con unas pinzas, retira suavemente algunos esporangios.<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00f3calos en el portaobjetos<\/p>\n<p>Pon los esporangios en el portaobjetos y presi\u00f3nalos ligeramente con el cubreobjetos.<\/p>\n<p>Observa al microscopio<\/p>\n<p>Con poco aumento (unos 100x) podr\u00e1s ver c\u00f3mo las esporas est\u00e1n densamente empaquetadas dentro de los esporangios.<\/p>\n<p><img ciencia! El momento en que el esporangio &#8220;estalla&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Si observas con atenci\u00f3n, puede que te encuentres con un fen\u00f3meno asombroso. Con el tiempo, los esporangios estallan y lanzan las esporas al aire. Esto sucede porque al secarse, el esporangio pierde humedad en sus c\u00e9lulas, y el cambio de presi\u00f3n hace que una parte, como una peque\u00f1a tapa, se abra de golpe.<\/p>\n<p>En realidad, este mecanismo de &#8220;estallido&#8221; es una sofisticada estrategia de dispersi\u00f3n que utiliza el helecho para lanzar sus esporas lo m\u00e1s lejos posible.<\/p>\n<p>\u3010Consejo para el experimento &#x1f4a1;\u3011 Para acelerar el proceso de secado, puedes a\u00f1adir a la muestra unas gotas de etanol diluido al 80%.
