El Procedimiento para Extraer el Tesoro del Vino<\/h3>\n<h4>Paso 1: Preparaci\u00f3n Preliminar y Mentalidad<\/h4>\n<p>Divide el vino en porciones de 10 mL en tubos de ensayo y distrib\u00fayelas a cada grupo. \u00a1Usen siempre guantes de trabajo y gafas de seguridad! Monten el equipo de laboratorio. Es un experimento con un tiempo bastante ajustado. Se necesita organizaci\u00f3n, como dividir la preparaci\u00f3n y la limpieza entre las clases. Usar vino tinto es recomendable porque el l\u00edquido incoloro que se acumula se ve claramente, facilitando la observaci\u00f3n del cambio. El punto clave para sujetar el matraz con el brazo del soporte es &#8220;por encima&#8221; de la uni\u00f3n del brazo. Si se sujeta por debajo, el alcohol que se ha convertido en gas se enfriar\u00e1 y volver\u00e1 a ser l\u00edquido, lo que reduce la eficiencia.<\/p>\n<h4>Paso 3: \u00a1A Calentar!<\/h4>\n<p>\u00a1No olvides a\u00f1adir las &#8220;piedras de ebullici\u00f3n&#8221;! Siempre usa una rejilla de amianto para que la llama no se concentre en un solo punto. Estamos midiendo la temperatura del gas, por lo que no reacciona de inmediato aunque el l\u00edquido se caliente. Sin embargo, una vez que comienza la ebullici\u00f3n, \u00a1la temperatura se dispara! No te puedes perder este momento.<\/p>\n<h4>Paso 4: Recolecci\u00f3n del L\u00edquido<\/h4>\n<p>Cuando la temperatura supera los 70\u00b0C, el l\u00edquido comienza a aparecer en el brazo del matraz. Recolecta 1 mL de l\u00edquido en cada uno de los 3 tubos de ensayo. Mover el vaso de precipitados completo al cambiar los tubos de ensayo facilita la tarea.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el alcohol se convierte en gas y sale antes que el agua? Esto se debe a que las sustancias tienen diferentes &#8220;puntos de ebullici\u00f3n&#8221;, la temperatura a la que cambian de l\u00edquido a gas. El punto de ebullici\u00f3n del agua es 100\u00b0C, mientras que el del alcohol (etanol) es de unos 78\u00b0C. Imag\u00ednate una prueba de resistencia en un ba\u00f1o muy caliente, donde el alcohol se rinde primero y salta fuera.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando la temperatura supera los 70\u00b0C, el vapor de alcohol, que ha &#8220;saltado&#8221; primero, se enfr\u00eda en el brazo y vuelve a gotear como l\u00edquido. Recolectar esto es la destilaci\u00f3n. Cuando el primer tubo de ensayo est\u00e9 lleno, c\u00e1mbialo r\u00e1pidamente junto con el vaso de precipitados. Coloca el tubo de goma caliente sobre el pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo, no en el vaso de precipitados con agua. \u00a1Esto es fundamental! Si apagas el fuego dejando el tubo de goma puesto, el gas dentro del matraz se enfr\u00eda y se contrae r\u00e1pidamente, succionando el l\u00edquido circundante en un fen\u00f3meno llamado &#8220;retroceso&#8221;. El pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo permite que se enfr\u00ede de forma segura.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a1Resultados Sorprendentes! \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la Identidad del L\u00edquido Recolectado?<\/h3>\n<p>Ahora, examinemos los 3 l\u00edquidos que hemos recolectado.<\/p>\n<p>Prueba de combusti\u00f3n: Coloca el l\u00edquido del primer y segundo tubo de ensayo en una c\u00e1psula de evaporaci\u00f3n y acerca una cerilla&#8230; \u00a1Se encendieron con una peque\u00f1a llama azul! Esto demuestra que contienen alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Efecto de enfriamiento: Al gotear un poco en el dedo, se siente un fr\u00edo repentino. Esto es el fen\u00f3meno de &#8220;calor de vaporizaci\u00f3n&#8221;, donde el l\u00edquido extrae calor de la piel al evaporarse.
