Son un ejemplo perfecto de invertebrado que a menudo aparece en los libros de texto, y su disecci\u00f3n es muy sencilla, lo que las hace ideales para observar en detalle la estructura de su cuerpo. \u00a1Tambi\u00e9n son fant\u00e1sticas para compararlas con los vertebrados! Retirar el manto<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Primero, retiramos el manto con dos palitos de bamb\u00fa. Tiene forma de hacha, por eso las almejas pertenecen a la clase Bivalvia, que significa &#8220;dos valvas&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Retirar las branquias<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, retiramos las branquias, que se encuentran una en la parte de arriba y otra en la de abajo. Es muy interesante observar la estructura en forma de l\u00e1minas de las branquias.
